Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aioli mobile app (“Aioli”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Aioli, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Aioli. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Subscription Terms

Aioli offers an auto-renewable subscription called Aioli Chef in three billing periods: weekly, monthly, and yearly. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase and vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until its expiration date.
• No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a current billing period, except where required by law or Apple’s refund policy.

Use of Aioli’s paid features is additionally governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, attempt to access other users’ data, submit prompts intended to generate illegal or harmful content, or use the service to create high-volume automated traffic. Aioli relies on third-party AI models and cannot guarantee the nutritional accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or allergen safety of generated content — always verify important dietary information with a qualified professional.

4. Intellectual Property

The Aioli app, brand, and source code are the property of the developer. Meal plans and shopping lists generated for your account are yours to use personally; AI-generated text and images are provided as-is without any transfer of underlying model rights.

5. Disclaimers

Aioli is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness-for-purpose of any generated content. Meal suggestions are not medical or nutritional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of Aioli is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Subscription billing is handled by Apple and must be cancelled separately, as described above.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of the developer’s place of business. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of Aioli after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
